“Arrived in Brussels, 15 minutes later than expected to be picked up, with no driver waiting for us and no text message on phone as to why. Had his cell from confirmatory text so called him twice with no answer; called Viator in US who then arranged for transfer to hotel. Not a good way to start a vacation.”

“I've got an amazing experience, to be honest. At the beginning of March, l was lucky to travel to Brussels before quarantine started and stayed in Brussels Grand Place Arenberg where l booked AtoB service to. I tend to use a taxi or shuttle from the airport in any country l go to and this time l decided to rent your car. I found the prices aren't so high especially comparing to the service itself. Very quick ride, polite and kind driver, l am very pleased!!”

“The driver was nice and waiters a hour while we did luggage claims but Nothing about the van was luxury. The photo they advertised isn’t the van that picked us up. I was very specific in saying it’s 3 adults and 6 large suitcases. Unfortunately our bags were delayed so we didn’t have our bags if we did the bags wouldn’t have fit. We barely fit with the 3 of us and the driver in the car.”

“Our driver was very good and enjoyed the ride. It was safe and easy. Beautiful weather. No issues. Thank you m”

“Well organised and professional. Would definitely use them again.”

“The direction of my travel was actually from Brussels to Charleroi airport and my pick up time awas 4:30 a.m. Samuel, my driver, was absolutely prompt, communicative, caring and attentive. I could not have been happier with the service he provided.”

“Niko was really friendly and helpful!! He was timely and met us right outside our hotel. Definitely enough room for all of us and our things.”

“Car and driver were great. Big mixup on pickup at the airport. Had to call multiple times. Waited close to an hour for the prepaid service”

“Very good. He called when I landed, and we met up easily - though not at the place written in the initial reservation documents.”

“Our driver was awesome. Our flight was delayed, he waited and met us when we arrived. He was where he said he would be so it made it really easy to find him in a new airport. He was very professional and pleasant. Took us directly to the hotRead more”
